An empowerment board is a vision board combined with positive affirmations. A vision board is a positive visualisation tool that is commonly used to activate the subconscious mind to achieve what you put on your board.
By including positive affirmations to the vision board, the mind is trained using 2 methods - through imagery and words, hence enhancing the impact of the traditional vision board.
