  • What is a mindset coach and what is the benefit of working with one?
    A mindset coach helps you to cultivate a positive and abundant mindset. During the time together we release limiting beliefs, build healthy gratitude practises, use tools to shift your mindset from fear to freedom. The 3 month program is a great way to create the transformation you are after as I help keep you on track to achieve the goals we set at the start of the program.   • Does coaching helping to reduce stress & anxiety?
    Yes, 100%. During the 3 month coaching program you will be provided with tools that help you reduce anxiety. The tools can be applied to any event or circumstance that would have triggered your anxiety before. As you start to reduce anxiety within your body, you overall mental and physical health will also improve, leading to a happier life.
  • What accreditation does Aradhana have for coaching?
    Aradhana is a certified Health Coach and a Reiki Master. She has completed her qualification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). IIN is a world leader in coaching with a focus on preventative care and empowering clients to live a happy and healthy life.
  • What are limiting beliefs?
    Limiting beliefs are negative thought patterns that disempower you. They can impact your personal and professional goals. They commonly develop at a very young age and are influenced by what you were told you can and cannot do. These comments may have been made by your teacher, your parents, other family members and even your friends. They didn't intentionally say these things to hurt you. Limiting beliefs are experienced by everyone and they are a way to help us return to self love and help us to let go of anything that is holding us back/ A common limiting belief is that 'I am not good enough', which can stop you from pursuing what you want to do or be with confidence. Often such limiting beliefs impact your feeling of worthiness and create a fear of failure, which is not the truth. You are worthy of whatever you desire and failure is actually in indicator to be consistent in your goals or try something new that will lead you to success. As your health and wellness coaching I help you to release these limiting beliefs so that you can create the life you truly desire and are happy to live.   • What is the circle of life?
    The circle of life is the primary tool used by IIN coaches. It is used to explain all of the primary food areas that are important in your life and how they are interlinked. Eg: you could have a thriving career, but be unhealthy. Analysis of the circle of life shows areas of your life that are thriving and highlights areas requiring some improvement. Using the circle of life, I help you to create goals in the areas that you would like to improve. I also teach you how they are interlinked and provide you with tools you can use to remove any limiting beliefs or blockages impacting that area.   • What is primary food vs secondary food?
    Primary food covers key areas of your life such as career, relationships, money, physical activity and spirituality. Secondary food is the food that you eat which can be either nourishing or harmful to the physical body. That is why it is important to get balance and harmony in all areas covering primary food. During the 3 months coaching program together we work on creating balance based on your individual experience and circumstances. Health coaching is all about bio-individuality (ie; we are all different) so the program is 100% tailored to where you are at in life and provides you the support to create the life you truly desire in the primary and secondary areas of your life.
  • What is the benefit of using positive affirmations?
    Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to reset any negative and self sabotaging thoughts that are on repeat in your head due to your lived/past experience. A positive affirmation is something that we create together so that you can feel the impact of it and are fully connected to it. The affirmations are specific to a certain topic and easy to remember. As you continue to embrace, read, write or say your positive affirmation you are resetting your brain from any negative thoughts and creating an abundance mindset.
